I spent my professional career in the US Foreign Service in the embassies around the world. I have heard many pipers playing serious events from Melbourne to Singapore to Nairobi to New Delhi, San Paulo and Bujambura, Karhtoum and the British Cemetery at Canchanaburi, the Bridge over the river Kwai. But none better than you.
I first heard you at the World Golf Village when I was the chairman of the Jax Chamber of Commerce. I told Julie then that we must find an opportunity for you to be at our church. Today was wonderful! I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. It was a spiritual journey for us and I hope the first of many. Again thank you for a memorable day.

Thank you so much for being the hit of our wedding at St Augustine Basilica and the reception after.. The guests and our family are still talking about it! The processional sounded awesome in the high ceilings of the cathedral. You gracious understanding was much appreciated when the reception went off a bit late. My sister wants to know if you are available for her wedding! Thanks for rocking the house!

Dear Mr. Sloan,
Many thanks for playing the bagpipes at my brothers memorial. This was a hard time for the entire family and it was a relief to be able to have you play the pipes at the service, his last wish. The family also wants to thank you for playing at graveside, all on such short notice. This meant so much to my brother and of course to us.
